Hi,

We are a US based direct selling and multi level marketing company looking for an office / warehouse (in one location, just like the DXN in Jollibee Plaza) as well as 5 residential condo units (for a minimum rental of 3 months).

The office/warehouse should have a function room that has a seating capacity of at least 200 people (classroom setting). A fully air-conditioned stockroom. At least 3 rooms with desks and at least 3 chairs each, a pantry, and washtooms.

The residential is pretty basic. With king/queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom, with complimentary pick up and drop off to and from the office and airport (when needed), breakfast, laundry and dry cleaning services.

Please let me know which services are included and which are not and how much.
